UK firms flock to Asia to market London properties
Many setting up offices in Singapore and Hong Kong

[SINGAPORE] With London property increasingly a top draw among investors, some UK companies are setting up office in Singapore in a bid to leverage the interest.
For Beauchamp Estates, a move to Singapore could be on the cards, according to Gary Hersham, a partner at the firm. "This is something we have been considering for some time and it is likely to happen in the next 12 months.
"Singapore is one of the top three cities in the Far East and as such there is a great deal of activity in the world of property from both Singaporeans and expatriates. We are keen to capitalise on this and specifically are looking to get involved in new, reconstructed apartment blocks in Singapore."
This comes on the heels of Berkeley Group's announcement earlier this year that it was opening an office in Singapore, following the launch of its Hong Kong office last year.
